Cancellation Policy


Our goal is to link Buyers with Sellers who provide quality Service. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations are an inconvenience for not only our Sellers, but our Buyers as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.

Appointment Cancellation

When a Buyer books an appointment with a Seller, he/she may be holding a space on the Seller’s calendar that may no longer be available to other Buyers. The Buyer may be required to give notice as soon as he/she knows he/she will not be able to make that appointment.

If cancellation is necessary, Buyer shall be required to cancel at least Five (5) hours before the scheduled appointment.

Where the Buyer cancels at least Five (5) hours before the appointment, he/she shall be entitled to a full refund.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows

A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than Five (5) hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a Buyer misses an appointment without cancelling.

In the case of a late cancellation or a no-show, Buyer shall receive no refund and the Seller shall be paid in full for this time.

Where Buyer wishes to reschedule, rescheduling must be done at least Five (5) hours before the time of appointment. Where Buyer attempts to reschedule less than Five (5) hours before the appointment, the rescheduling option will not work.
