PROFILE CREATION
How to add a profile picture?
Go to dashboard tab and click “Edit Profile”. A hot pink button that says “Change Profile Picture” will appear then select “Choose Image”.
Can experts edit any of the details in their profile?
Yes, basically everything from profile details, password, email address, paypal, position held, experience, education , certificates and time schedule.
Can experts upload an introduction video to make their profiles more attractive?
Experts can upload their introduction video on YouTube and add the link of the video in their profile. To do that, just click on “Complete your Profile” under dashboard tab then click the “Edit Profile” button. Enter the link to the introduction video box.
To check just simply click on the play button located right next to your name.
How can experts set their availability?
Experts are required to set their availability so that students can schedule their lessons as per the available time. Just simply select the day(s) under “My Availability” tab. From there, experts can set their availability date and time which will be reflected in their profiles.
How can coaches set their country and time zone?
Setting the country and time zone for coaches helps them to coordinate better with the students located in different geographical locations. Just simply pick the country of location and the time zone will automatically apply.
How can experts set their lesson rates/hourly rates?
Lesson rates/hourly rates are displayed in the profiles of the coaches for the students to check. Click on the “Rate Per Hour” box. From there, coaches can set rates for single and bulk lesson. Lastly, click “Update save your selected rates.
How can experts know if the account is incomplete?
The experts will receive and email reminder to complete their profile information. We have a special reminder for the coaches to see the completeness of their data in percentage under “dashboard”.
How to cancel the account?
DISPUTE
Will the expert be given options to resolve the dispute filed by the student?
Yes, either to accept and ask the student to reschedule the session or to issue a refund. The expert can also reject such requests and the Hireviser admin mitigate the issue and come up with a solution.
Will the expert receive an email notification once a dispute is made?
Of course! An email will be sent informing the expert regarding the reason for the dispute. The coach can then see the order details under “My orders” and decide which solution is best for the situation.
BOOKINGS AND SESSIONS
What if an expert cannot attend an upcoming session booked by the student?
The expert can send a request to the student to the student to reschedule the lesson. Just simply go to “My Latest Student” tab and click on the message icon. A notification will be sent to the student to reschedule the lesson. The student can then select another date and time.

How can an expert improve their ranking in the coach list?
The ranking of experts depend upon the number of positive reviews and ratings given by the students who attended their lesson. It also depends upon the number of lessons delivered by the coach. Experts are advised
to encourage their students to leave their feedbacks after the session to improve their ranking,
Is there a way to see the list of students?
Yes, of course. The list is available under “My Latest Student” section.
How can experts check the messages sent by the students?
A notification will appear on “Messages” tab. Go directly to “Messages” tab to see all the messages. The experts can reply to the conversation by simply clicking the student’s message.
Can experts give sessions using a mobile device?
Yes, experts can give sessions using their mobile phones. Hireviser is mobile responsive and can be used on a mobile device.

Can the coach see all the bookings and their status?
Absolutely! A coach can easily access all the completed and to be completed sessions in one page. By clicking on “My Orders” the coach can see which ones are completed, with dispute and refund requests. The “My Orders” page allows the coach to check the order number and ratings given by each student.
Will there be an email confirmation after the student booked a session?
Yes, there is. An email confirmation will be sent to the registered email address of the coach. The email includes the date and time of the session.
PAYMENT
How and when do coaches receive the payments?
The platform has an “Easy Wallet System” to manage the incoming payments through PayPal displayed on the dashboard to access with ease. Experts will receive payment for sessions once completed.
How to withdraw funds from the account?
An expert can withdraw funds as long as they have a minimum of $20 in their wallet. To withdraw, click on the “Wallet” tab and proceed to the “ Withdraw Fund” button. Withdrawal will be done to the paypal account and may take 1-2 banking days.

How to set up a Youtube account?
Head over to Youtube.com and click Sign in. To get started on YouTube, you’re going to need a Google account. You may sign into an existing Google account or create a new one. Fill out the necessary details for your youtube account. You may use your current Gmail address to sign in.
How to upload video and share?
On the top-right corner, click CREATE and select UPLOAD VIDEO. Select the file you’d like to upload. Provide the details of the video such as title, description, and thumbnail. For visibility, you can pick from unlisted or public. Copy the video link. Log in to your Hireviser account and click “edit profile”. Simply paste the video link under the “Introduction Video Link” box.
